Meyba’s roots lie in Barcelona with the brand being founded by two dudes in the 1940’s. When José Mestre and Joaquín Ballbé (or ‘Me-y-Ba’) teamed up they had a dream of creating swimwear and sportswear, hence Meyba was born. However, in 1981 things kicked up a notch when the Catalan brand became the outfitters to the illustrious FC Barcelona. Producing kits for Barca’s first all-conquering run for trophies. The ’92 Mid Layer Sweat features a cinchable high neck design that is perfect for colder weather. The front features Meyba’s typeface logo printed at the centre of the chest just below the neck with “Campeones” embroidered in a gothic font at the back.
