Outlet 👏 Footwear Mizuno Wave Mujin TL “Fisherman” 😍

Mizuno have been hard at work creating another pack inspired by their Japanese heritage, this time tapping into the vibrant fishing community of the Kyoto prefecture. Taking influence from the architecture of Ine Town, in which the two story buildings functioned as both a dock for boats and a room for the fisherman, the shoes in this pack look to emulate these structures with a two tone colour scheme that creates two levels within the architecture of the shoe itself. The colours give off a nautical feeling, which runs in tandem with the fish illustrations present throughout the whole collection.

The Mizuno Wave Mujin TL undoubtedly provides the perfect balance between form & function. The navy blue upper is layered with technical ripstop and thermo-transfer materials that create a built up aesthetic inspired by trail runners and the outdoors. The addition of netting over the Runbird logo is another nod to the fishing theme of the pack.  The no-tie lace system is simple to use, with a lace carriage built into the tongue to tuck away the excess. Running below is a razor sharp Michelin outsole that provides traction and durability when you need it most.
